Notes: All those buried at Nuevo between 1734 and 1876 were removed in 1973/1974 when the cemetery was sold to Queen Mary University.
It is said that there were plaques on the railings surrounding the mass graves in memory of those buried there. If so, they are no longer there.
It is believed that 7,500 remains were moved here from The Nuevo Cemetery, although a select few were apparently moved to Hoop Lane, Golders Green.
