- Original inscription: Here lies Sarah, daughter of Rabbi Eliezar, wife of Jacob Benjamin Wolf Franckel, who died ist Ab, 5545, and was buried the same day. A woman revered,
modest and pious, she was a virtuous woman, the
crown of her husband."
" This stone was erected at the cost of her son
Abraham, a child of eight years. After fifty years her
son Abraham returned and repaired this stone and
replaced it with his own hands 23 Ab, 5604."

- Inscription (Susser) : Here is buried the worthy, modest and precious woman, a wife of worth, the crown of her husband Sarah bat Eliezer wife of Jacob Benjamin Ze'ev Frankel died Sunday and was buried the 1st of Menahem Av 5545. This stone was erected, re-cut, & restored to its place at the expense of the worthy bachelor, her son Abraham, after 50 years, Thursday 23 Menahem Av 5604.
